Appointments for live readings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Appointments are held for 24 hours. Please pay promptly for your reading in order to confirm your appointment and avoid cancellation.

PAYMENTS MADE FOR READINGS OR CONSULTATIONS ARE

NON-REFUNDABLE.

At the appointed time of your consultation, you will receive a telephone call from Madame Mystic and we will proceed with your reading.

If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone, your reading must be rescheduled to a future date.

We will provide ONE rescheduled appointment due to a missed call. If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone for your rescheduled appointment, the total cost of your reading is forfeited.

From time to time, it may become necessary to reschedule appointments due to last-minute changes on our mutual calendars. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience that may be caused by the necessity to reschedule appointments. Should you require a rescheduled appointment please provide an alternative time and date within 24 hours of the original appointment scheduled.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR CONSULTATION

The Do's & Don'ts

Please set aside the appropriate amount of time for your reading with Madame Mystic.

Do create the conditions for your comfort where you can be alone, quiet, and undisturbed.
Do ask family members/friends to please allow you privacy during your reading.
Do diminish distractions by turning off any and all devices such as laptops, wireless phones, radios, televisions, etc.

Recording devices, are a definite DON'T and are expressly not permissible during the time we might be engaged in a live reading.

For general (psychic) readings, please prepare a list of questions or topics that you would like for Madame Mystic to focus attention and energy on during your reading.

By prepaying for your appointment, you acknowledge having read all of our policies and agree to be bound by them. Policies are subject to change or revision without notice.

Mystic Services including Psychic & Mediumship services, classes, etc., et al., are for Entertainment Purposes Only and are not intended to replace the services of licensed professionals including Accountants, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys at Law, Physicians, Auto-Mechanics, Insurance Agents, Brokers, or Hairdressers.

Your personal information is never sold, traded, or otherwise compromised with any other vendors or service providers.
